Julia & Felipe

Julia and Felipe came from Brazil. For their wedding they chose a micro wedding: just a few people, no rush, and the hills of the Castelli Romani a short drive from Rome.

The symbolic ceremony took place at the end of summer at Merumalia, a family wine estate in the hills of Frascati, among the vineyards, with a view that reaches all the way to the city.

The moment I carry with me is the first look: when Felipe saw Julia, he broke down in tears. In a wedding this intimate, every emotion is felt even more.

Rome is in the film too, with its landmarks seen from above: the city that frames their whole story.
